TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. Make sure you have thoroughly read all of the points below and understand what you are agreeing to. Please message or email me about any concerns or questions.MAKING A REQUEST:
1) Before commissioning me it is your responsibility to know what you are paying for. I am not going to change my art style for a commission.
2) You can message me about a commission request on any of my social media accounts or by sending me an E-Mail ([email protected]). I personally prefer handling commission requests outside of E-Mails because it makes communication easier and more fluid.
3) Be nice and remain professional when talking to me about a commission.
4) Be cooperative and try to answer all of my questions at once. if you do not reply to me within 24 hours of your request your commission request counts as cancelled and you will be temporarily blacklisted.
4) I need high quality & high resolution reference picture(s) in order to draw your character. For custom designs I will gladly accept Google images (related pictures, "moodboards") to give me an idea of what you have in mind for your character.GENERAL:
1) I can decline a commission request or cancel a commission without further explanation.
2) I do not have a universal turnaround time but I make sure to send frequent updates.
3) I will not draw anything hateful or controversial. My commissions are SFW, I will not draw pornography.
4) I will draw nude characters in a nonsexual context and I am comfortable with drawing gore or horror themes.PRICES:
1) The prices on my price list are base prices. That means the final total of your commission is going to differ from the base price. I charge extra for designs I deem complicated, backgrounds, additional items/clothing etc.
2) If there is anything you want drawn that you cannot find on my price list feel free to send me a message and i will try to work out a quote for you. I give out quotes free of charge.PAYMENT PROCESS:
1) Payments are made through Paypal. I do not take virtual currency (e.g. Amino coins, Deviantart points etc.)
2) I only take Euro (EUR, €) Please mind conversion rates. You can use an online currency converter to check or let Paypal do the work for you.
3) Payments are made upfront.
4) Payments are made through Paypal invoice. Clients may send money to me directly when paying for premade character designs.
5) Clients may request a payment plan for commissions above 100EUR.EDITS AND REFUNDS
1) I do not mind making changes to a commission by the clients request, however clients must understand that i may ask them to pay an alteration fee after a certain number of changes has been reached (number is determined by the complexity of said changes). The fee starts at 5EUR.
2) I do not give refunds once I have started on an artwork.
3) If the client requests a refund before I have started, I will be happy to pay them back the amount I received (Paypal charges a small fee for business payments so i never receive the full amount.)
4) If I decide to stop working on a commission myself, I will go out of my way to refund my client the full price.COPYRIGHT:
1) Only repost my work with proper credit. Link to whatever site you messaged to get into contact with me or back to this carrd if you used my e-mail to get in touch.
2) Regular commissions are for personal use only. If you want to commission a piece for commercial use, you must discuss it with me first, as I may want to charge extra depending on what you plan on using it for.
3) Once I have finished the artwork it is all yours which means you can edit it if you choose to do so. you are not allowed to edit out/cover up any of my watermarks.
4) You are allowed to resell any characters I have made for you as well as art of your own characters that you choose to sell.
5) I usually post all of my commissioned works on my social medias. If you do not want me to post your commission for whatever reason, let me know beforehand and I will not post it anywhere.
